Onsite Immersive - Potentials Certification A includes 3 hours of pre-retreat work, a 4-day retreat, and 2 one-hour follow up online meetings. This course of study can be taken as a stand-alone program appropriate for business and non-profit leaders, supervisors, aspiring coaches, directors, community leaders, educators, family members, or even experienced coaches.
