This second course of study is designed for those who want to learn to apply Professional coaching basics within their current setting. We explore a variety of coaching contexts, offering useful skills and resources to meet client needs in their own situations.

Potentials Certification B includes 3 hours of pre-retreat work, a 4-day retreat, and 2 one-hour follow up online meetings. Certification B can be taken after you have successfully completed Certification A or have been approved for transfer into this program [see Student Handbook below]. This course of study is appropriate for business and non-profit leaders, supervisors, aspiring coaches, directors, community leaders, educators, family members, or even experienced coaches.
