The Potentials Integrated Professional Coaching course is designed for those who are establishing their own professional coaching practice, wish to train to join a coaching faculty, or wish to establish their own Level II Professional Coach training program.
The course of study is a 6-month program that includes 3 hours of pre-retreat work, two 4-day retreats (one at the beginning and one at the end of the 6-month period), 1 coaching session with a Potentials faculty member, 6 monthly online meetings (3-hours each with required preparatory work), and includes a minimum of 75 hours of training.
The retreat portions of this course are only offered in-person. In order to take this course, you will need to have earned the Potentials Basic Coaching Certification or an equivalent (*See Student Handbook).
